A ceramic sketch of the Goldfields landscape and it's submerged historic mining history. Marked in the lower right corner with the coordinates of Ballarat's first gold discovery in 1851, a day that would forever changed the physical and social landscape of the Ballarat region. Created using site-specific clays the work references the landscape in a study of upheaval erosion and decay.
