Seeking new creative outlets, I explored AI image generation and 3D printing. I used an AI tool to generate images of interconnected ears adorned with studs and chains, which became my creative blueprint.
Collaborating with Sam De Kok of 3D Protos, we translated this vision into a tangible design. Sam created the ear models using computer imaging, which were then 3D printed over 12 hours.
To represent different forms of perception, I incorporated sign language spelling out 'S.O.P' (Sonic Optic Perception) into the accompanying garment. This also references Standard Operating Procedures, a nod to foundational business strategy. The core concept is communication, vital for human connection and cultural evolution.
